The Delaware County Regional Wastewater District is continuing its commitment to maintaining and improving the collection system with ongoing lift station rehabilitation projects.
Currently, Brackney is working on the County Village main sanitary lift station. This work is taking place on District property and does not impact local traffic. Proper lift station maintenance is essential to ensuring the efficiency and longevity of the wastewater system.
This week, crews will begin lift station rehabilitation at the #9 Royerton Station. The work will take place on Royerton Rd. between Redbird Dr. and Winwood Dr., so residents in the area may notice crews at work as improvements are made. This project was originally scheduled to start in early January, but due to weather conditions earlier this month, the timeline was pushed back a few weeks.Â
If you would like to learn more or ask questions, feel free to attend one of our monthly board meetings typically held on the first Wednesday of each month.Â
The District appreciates the community’s patience as these important infrastructure improvements continue. Stay tuned for further updates!
