Delaware County Regional Wastewater District provides sewer service to unincorporated areas in Delaware County. Coronavirus Precautions Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to combat the spread of the virus, the Delaware County Building is closed. No physical payments will be accepted directly in our office until further notice effective 3/18/2020. All other payment types, credit/debit card, check/money order through the mail, and ACH will be accepted during this time. In the event of a sewage related emergency, call our office and emergency numbers are present on our voicemail response. Any non-emergency messages will be responded to as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Bill Payment We accept Credit payments via online, office, and phone. Checks and Money Orders are accepted in office or by mail. Cash payments are accepted in the office. In accordance with Governor Holcomb's order, our office will be temporarily suspending disconnections. All accounts will continue to billed and will continue to be penalized for late payments. When the order is lifted, our office will resume normal business operations including the collection/disconnection process. Notice of Special Session The Board Meeting and Public Hearing regarding Rate Ordinance 2020-3 that was scheduled for Wednesday April 1st, 2020 has been rescheduled to April 30th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. as a ``Zoom`` meeting and/or streamed live on the Delaware County Regional Wastewater YouTube channel. Instructions on how to attend will be posted as soon as they are available.
